Kate Carroll serves as the VP of Franchise Operations at Playa Bowls, New Jersey’s original superfruit bowl franchise. Kate is a vibrant leader that brings decades of experience in franchise management most notably known for driving guest satisfaction & operational excellence, building & developing high performing teams and enhancing vibrant brand cultures fueled by preserving strong franchise partner relationships. Prior to joining Playa Bowls, Kate served as the VP, Franchise Operations for Heyday Skincare, COO and SVP, Operations for Canadian based Movati Athletic and trail blazed over 30 years at Dunkin’ Brands where she started at age 15 working at Dunkin Donuts for a local Franchise Partner in Hanover, MA. Kate was most notably known for driving operational simplification, improving organizational effectiveness and bolstering franchise partner profitability. Kate’s strategic vision and commitment to teamwork will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent quality and success across our Playa Bowls community.
